Michael Singfield's Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, and Assigns, if any, et al., Case No. CV-2024-05-2102, in the Court of Common Pleas of Summit County, Ohio, 209 S High St, Akron, OH 44308, seeking foreclosure and alleging that the Defendant(s) Charles. L. Singfield’s Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees and Assigns, have or may claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 344 Village Pointe Dr #E5, Akron, OH 44313 and known as Parcel Number 6762253. You are required to answer the publication within 28 days after the last publication of this Notice, which will be published once per week for six (6) consecutive weeks, and the last publication will be made on November 5, 2024.
